Ritual activity is independent from time and space. In ritual operation there’s not an after and a before, nut just a non-chronological time. Therefore, Initiation is not something that is happened and now belongs to the Kronos past, but it lives in a different time, which is the time of Kairòs.

Samkhara once wrote in his commentary to the Vedas that a person who is able to perform a daily meditation or a specific ritual with the right intention and will, because of this reason he (she) conquers a part of his day that is no more subject to chronological time, entering another dimension, that is the reunification of his (her) present being with the ultimate Self, which is beyond space and time.
