Following the Commission proposal for European Pillar of Social Rights, we would like to share with you this video that explains the Work-life Balance package. This package will extend existing rights for working parents and carers to better distribute caring responsibilities within families. This will make it easier for women and men to combine their careers with private life which is fair, and good for families, businesses, Member States and the economy as a whole.
