Call per soggetti che vogliano presentare candidatura per far parte del team di esperti che svolgerà lo studio comparativo tra le città partner in relazione con i rispettivi porti.Dalla call, estraggo le caratteristiche richieste ai candidati:

Competences and skills required
The service provider should have the following specialised expertise, experiences and
competences as part of the service provision:
Terms of Reference – ‘ENSURE’

 Proven experience from European projects and studies of territorial development issues,
including experience from policy-relevant and comparative analyses with a European
coverage and/or transnational multi-disciplinary research activities. The track record should
cover the past 3 years.
 Good knowledge in European territorial policy development and publicly available European
territorial evidence as a basis for policy making at EU and/or other administrative levels
related to territorial development and cohesion.
 Affinity with translating scientific knowledge and results into concrete messages suitable for
policymakers at European, national and regional levels, including broad policy directions and
specific policy measures based on evidence.
 Specialised technical expertise and knowledge related to data collection, GIS, mapping
European territorial trends and visualising results in appealing and innovative manners.
