Africa’s first Resilience Strategy

Dakar’s Resilience Strategy promotes an inclusive resilience agenda and a healthy living environment for Dakar’s citizens. It positions the private sector as a partner in this work and champions the use of energy efficient technologies to build resilience. It promotes inclusive and efficient governance and collaboration with Dakar’s various communities. The 23 key actions from this Resilience Strategy are a critical foundation upon which this city can build and thrive. But it also sets an important example for cities across the region and around the world. We at 100RC look forward to standing with the city as they begin to implement this exciting work.
