> There is more at stake on the next European election than ever before. Besides choosing their representatives in the European Parliament, the citizens will also have a say about future head of EU’s executive arm – President of the European Commission. To make the process more transparent, EP voted on a set of rules. These include putting name and logo of the European political parties, to which national parties belong, on the ballot papers, timely decisions by the parties on the candidates for the Commission presidency and better explaining to voters their political programme.
