HR Investment & Consulting SRL is a Romanian consultancy firm, based in Bucharest since 2004, aiming to provide Technical Assistance (TA) and Public Relations (PR) services in various areas to companies, public organizations and institutions (such as municipalities, NGOs, associations etc) at local, central and regional level. One of our main purposes consists in getting involved and carrying out projects that are funded by international donors, mainly the EU.
We are interested in the ongoing calls namely for Strand 1.1: Multi-annual cooperation projects,  Strand 1.2.1: Cooperation projects, Strand 2: Operating grant for Organisations active at European Level in the field of Culture and Networking of existing structures supporting mobility in different cultural sectors.

 

Our mission consists in:

 

·         Assist and support our clients in enhancing and improving their activity.

·         Identify the opportunities offered by national and international partnerships.

 

Our vision focuses on long-term provision of the best customer-oriented services according to their requirements in complete partnership, based on efficient collaboration.

 

Currently, we are interested in participating within the framework of the EU programme CULTURE 2007 -2013 and we are interested in participating as direct partner and/or facilitating the development of projects through our network of partners including Romanian public institutions, CSOs, NGOs, associations, CCIs etc.

The M FOUNDATION is an indie-pendent research center, expression of the current which interprets knowledge as light into the sphere of being. Open knowledge and give diffusion to light is the movement of freedom. In our time, this way to interpret life and knowledge is the open source mentality: opposite to oscurantist propaganda of the establishment which is inflating the meaning of each word of freedom, share light is to share information and developing a social consciousness able to observe in a critic way the form of economy, law, politic, culture and art. The internet synchronicity, the anthropological path to music and theatre, all the forms of sharing values and thoughts and experiences are transforming the way to feel the internal dimension of collective unconscious giving new meanings to our social intelligence.
