The 11th Bureau meeting of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) took place on 23 May 2013 in Barcelona at the Union for the Mediterranean’s headquarters, marking a step forward in the relations between the two bodies.

The M FOUNDATION is an indie-pendent research center, expression of the current which interprets knowledge as light into the sphere of being.
