The Congress launched the new web platform for the inscriptions for the 2012 edition of the European Local Democracy Week.
Access to the new EDLW web tool – The new platform is addressed in particular to local and regional authorities.
What’s new? By the new registration web tool, you will have the opportunity to better present the community in the ELDW website (in particular with short information about the participatory tools for citizens), yours motivation and aims in taking part in the ELDW, and by posting pictures. This information will enhance the visibility of the community than it was with the previous registration system. Contents can be edited at any time, modified, updated and supplemented. The Congress ELDW team will take care of the final language check (except the UK participants J) and of the translation in the second language (En/Fr).
The visibility of the ELDW partners and 12-Star Cities will be improved through links to Facebook and Twitter and e-newsletters.
I encourage you to register your community for 2012 edition of the ELDW as soon as possible!
If you need some inspiration, you may follow the contribution of Amadora (Portugal) as an example, as it has been the first ELDW partner to register in the new tool(12-Star cities section).
Thanks for your cooperation and support,
