Sincerely we believe it is very important – in those years of economic trouble and incertitude – to create cultural relations beyond and further to institutional affair.

We need for a real Europe. Not the Europe of banks, nor the too cool institutional one. We nee for an Europe of free people, with open mind and eyes directed towards emancipation.

We believe that the utopia of beat music and literature are the best way an effective European culture has entered our consciousness. Therefore, the event of this ESBN conference will be something important and seminal.
