Ashton and Füle welcome referendum on new Constitution in Morocco

The EU has welcomed the positive outcome of the July 1 referendum on the new Constitution in Morocco, with High Representative Catherine Ashton and Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle commending “the peaceful and democratic spirit surrounding the vote”.
