“L’Europa delle Mille Città” is a collect work of several contributions which came from Sicily and from European partners too (Malta, Paris, Budapest, Craiova), about the way to create animation on European policies to share informations and partnership setting up.  The methodology of the book as collect work is the way we are going to set up a new local communication policy (EUROPEAN LOCAL SPHERE) about soustainable energy, and we hope to share this campaign with others local partnerships through Europe.
